This policy explains what personal data Quantastic collects when you sign in to the Quantastic Creator Portal (creators.quantasticmedia.com) or to Quantastic's internal team tools, and how we use it. Quantastic is operated by QUANTASTIC MEDIA S.L., C/ Pere Màrtir Colomés 27, 2a, 25280 Solsona (Lleida), Spain (NIF B25860560).
What we collect
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile picture, as provided by your Google Account (basic profile only — we never request access to anything else in your account).
- If you sign in by email: the email address you enter, used to send you a one-time sign-in code.
- If you send us a copyright report: the video link and description you submit.
What we use it for
- To sign you in and keep your session active.
- To match your email address to your creator record, so we can show you the Quantastic videos your clips appear in.
- For Quantastic team members, to control access to internal tools.
- To respond to copyright reports you send us.
Quantastic's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
- We don't use your data for anything beyond the purposes above.
Where your data lives
Account and report data is stored with our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and authentication) and Resend (sign-in and notification emails). Access is restricted to the Quantastic team.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage only to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account data while you have an account with us. To have your account and its data deleted, or to ask anything else about your data, email quantastic.team@qformedia.com and we'll take care of it.
